Services
Nisir provides ride-hailing and delivery services in Bahir Dar, Debre Markos, and Addis Ababa. Available vehicle types vary by city, including cars, bajaj (in Debre Markos), motorcycles, and bicycles for delivery. Service availability may change without prior notice.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering or booking services.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
- Treat drivers and delivery partners with respect
- Pay applicable fares and fees for completed trips and deliveries
- Follow all applicable local laws and regulations
Driver & Partner Responsibilities
- Maintain valid licenses, registrations, and insurance as required
- Provide safe, professional, and courteous service
- Comply with Nisir's driver onboarding and safety guidelines
- Accurately report trip and delivery information
Payments & Cancellations
Fares, delivery fees, and cancellation policies are displayed at the time of booking or communicated by our call center. Nisir reserves the right to modify pricing structures with reasonable notice where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
Nisir Technologies acts as a technology platform connecting passengers with independent drivers and delivery partners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nisir is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
